If you use Torongo on behalf of an ISP company, business, or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to these terms.

You agree to use Torongo only for lawful networking and torongo business purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that all captive portal content, local advertising, and WiFi reseller activities comply with regional telecom laws.

You are responsible for safeguarding your MikroTik API credentials, secure WireGuard private keys, and user authentication tokens.

Subscriptions and router limits are billed according to your chosen plan. Failure to complete subscription renewals may result in temporary limitation of cloud sync features.

You are responsible for managing your sub-dealers, voucher distribution, and retail payment reconciliation.

All platform software, algorithms, captive portal templates, and documentation provided by Torongo remain the intellectual property of Torongo or its licensors.

You retain full ownership of your subscriber data, router configurations, and voucher sales records.

Torongo provides high-availability cloud sync but does not guarantee continuous local router uptime if your physical internet uplinks or hardware fail.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Torongo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from network outages or hardware failure.
